Gazpacho

I could write love songs about gazpacho if I were in any way musically gifted. I would write poems about it too, if I had the talent.

In lieu of romantic gestures, I will offer what I can - a wholehearted recommendation.

Every summer, I make this at least once a week. It requires nothing but fresh produce and olive oil and makes a simple meal feel a little fancy.
